It’s been a while since I’ve done my macros but I calculated them last night. I used to intermittent fast before I was pregnant. I now have a four month old and I want to get back into it but I lost significant weight from my pregnancy and had to update my macros. Now I don’t know what to eat. I included my daily schedule...
330pm - snack
5:00 - get off work
5:30 - workout
6:30. - have dinner
7:30 - start fast again
Below are my macros 🤔

I would aim for a high protein snack and then have more protein in at dinner. But without knowing your stats, it generally looks pretty good.0

Start logging your food and then study that FOOD page.
You do know what to eat. Whole foods, a protein with every meal and snack, add a vegetable to every meal, easy on the grains.1 -
In addition to the above, are you breastfeeding? If you are you want to make sure you are getting enough calories and for many fasting can have negative effects on milk supply.1
