Easy weeknight meal. Frozen breaded cod loin and frozen oven fries warmed up in the air fryer. My mother's recipe for making frozen peas to accompany asian dishes of garlic and buttered sauteed peas with a large pinch of salt and a tiny pinch of sugar. Baby gem with ranch.
Fruited chicken Salad: chunks of cooked chicken, combined with drained canned pineapple chunks, drained canned Mandarin oranges, a bit of grated onion.
Sauce of mayonaise with 1 T of mustard, served over lettuce.
Grilled zucchini, carrots and red onions sprinkles
with parmaiana reggiano. Grilled chicken thighs. Tortillas al mano, hand made tortillas on the side.
I just baked some chicken, made some risotto (be gentle, I'm new here) and roasted broccoli. Im really trying to step up my cooking game so I'm looking at you guys recipes and pics!
