May: didnβt track at all-gained 3 pounds
I ran my longest run without stopping in May, 8 miles ππ» hoping to go longer this month.
June 01: 127.2 ran 6 miles
June 02: 126.25 -
Feb loss: -2.2 lb
March loss: -5.2 lb
April loss -5.8 lb
May loss -5.6 lb
Start weight June: 207.8
Goal weight this month: 203, then continue to lose weight
Target goal weight: 200, and that may become a long term maintenance goal.
1 June 207.8 (Have been monkeying around with intake levels as I approach my goal. So much more eating...)
