Hello, I am a little late in posting to the team link. I am retired and have struggled to keep my weight down all my life. I hope this challenge will give me the push I need to get back on track. Thank you to all of you who are coordinating the challenge and good luck to everyone.
@Terry111330 welcome to the group! I hope our team can give you the support and encouragement to succeed!0 -

@Krysless2 that is a bummer, but maybe the kick you needed this week!
@Krysless2 that is a bummer! I hope that his business escapes unscathed! It is rather terrifying what is going on all over the country right now!
You CAN keep focus!1 -

Edit random share: so this morning I woke up to a weight of 180.5... I was just realizing that my previous weigh in was 180.9, and officially my LOWEST weight in over ten years(that I know of!) I was just excited thinking about it and am eager to continue to prove to myself that I CAN do this. With my previous weight loss in 2014/2015, I had gotten down to 182.9. So, yay!7 -

Journal ~ Had to run over to my uncle and aunts house to help them out with some insurance stuff and i ended up staying and hanging out a while. I’m noticing I’m not doing too well with my food choices when things have been unexpectedly popping up! Planning has never been a strong suit of mine! On a brighter note I’m going to put it in writing here what I plan to do!! I WILL be doing Intermittent Fasting tomorrow, I WILL be cooking some of that meat I prepped up with some sort of veggies and I promise I WILL NOT mark my check list up with NO emojis! I really need another YES day to get back on track!4 -
@Krysless2 I also have trouble with making good food choices when things pop up or I don't feel like I'm in my regular routine. I need to get back to intermittent fasting. I always felt like things were popping up and distracting me from the commitment. Like today, I ate early and it is harder for me to go longer stretches in between meals than to wait longer for my first meal. But 3 meals a day is too many calories. Mostly because I like sweet snack during the day and I still am indulging in soda. But not as much as I used to.5

Traded in some water for iced tea with vodka, it was one of those days at work. This teleworking needs to end. :-/3 -

I hope the store survived unscathed. My son lives in downtown Seattle and has been sending pictures, what a mess. I really hope that this ends soon. First COVID and now this, I feel so bad for small shop owners.1 -
