    Great job on the losses this week! I have my workouts planned for the week, just need to focus on my eating. My 7 yr old is doing a virtual cooking camp this week and she's making lots of treats so it will be a test for my self control!

    Down a bit.... 168.5. Average steps this week was 7100/day. Next is to do a prep day of food... it's been a while since I've done that and those chocolate covered granola bars are too easy to grab when I get hungry. Have a great week!

    @GuessimGryffindor I'm an early bird. I always went to a spin class before starting work at 6:30 AM. Am teleworking now and my gym is still closed, but I've continued to get up at 4:15 so I didn't lose the habit. And @cmhubbard92 usually has 8,000 steps when I get up so SHE'S definitely an early bird!!

    @DaffyGirl88 this is true! I walk (a lot) in the morning before I go to work... but,.I get up at 1:45/2 am. Other than that, my workouts don't usually happen until after 1:30 when I'm home from work...
