    It's the wee hours of the morning in @slimgirljo15 part of the world, so I'm thinking french press coffee and sweet little pastries waiting for her for when she wakes up.     If you’re a momma you’re likely busy so I’d make my favourite go to smoothie for you:
    Frozen banana
    Half an avocado (game changers in smoothies!)
    Almond butter
    Almond milk
    Pinch of maple syrup
    And a good amount of cocoa powder

    Chocolate in the morning makes waking up so much easier
