    Goals/Day/Comments: Really good day today. Met my step goal, worked out, and logged all my food. Spoke to the trainer at my local gym and shared my MFP macros. He said it looked good. I asked about eating calories back.

    Happy Wednesday Team!!

    I'd like to share something I've been working on for the last couple months. I've been working on getting a blog up. I am trying to use this as a tool to share my journey, tips, struggles, etc and eventually a vlog as well. I shared my first 100 lbs loss story already, and I plan on updating it every Wednesday if you guys are interested. Today's topic is near and dear to my heart as I struggle to get back into my healthy routine again.
