I woke up at 6am, wide awake and full of energy! That never happens so I assume the small changes I’m making are paying off!☺️3

😁thanks. It was my best friend and I know shes feeling discouraged. She normally builds me up. So I let myself process the words and didnt take it to heart. We all have are dark days.1 -
Because it’s been a tough year but I’m back to logging and working out and have lost 8 lbs in a month. I know I’ll reach my goal of 20 lbs before the end of the summer!5

The position I set out to get when I started my clinical year is now mine. Granted there is a temporary hiring freeze so my start date is delayed, either way, my hard work has paid off.3

Today was 30 days logging (mostly) seriously. I took measurements on the 11th of May and took them again today. I have only lost 4lbs in a month (boo), but I have lost one (a little bit more) inch from my waist and my hip measurement also went down. That means that even though this is slow AF, what I am doing is working.
This month I started walking 4 times a week. This next month, I'd like to work up to 5 walks a week. I'd also like to work on drinking more water and staying hydrated.
So yeah, goals.. I have them. Even though this is (again), slow AF and I don't have a bangin' bod like a lot of the people here. My health is slowly improving. Whoot.4 -
I’m proud of myself because even though I had a crappy few days mentally I have (again) pulled myself back together, remembered everything unfolds exactly as it should, believe I’m high value, know that some people believe it and don’t care if it’s only a few and... forgive myself for some lapses in judgement.5
