    May Goal Weight: 200.8 (6 lb loss)
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 145-155 (I’ll know when I get there).

    June 05: 209.2 Affected greatly by a death. Stress eating has got to stop!
    June 12: 209.6 Up & Down Ugh.
    June 19: 208.4 A little better but I seem to be a bit β€œstuck” this week. More tweeking needed so I need to do that without tipping my blood glucose upside down on its head.

    Heaviest weight: 175.4 in early 2013.
    Original MFP starting weight (January 2018) - 168.2
    May 31 starting weight - 148.0 (ten-day rolling average weight 148.8)
    June goal - 145
    Ultimate goal - Range between 142 - 148

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    Total loss for June: About two pounds based on ten-day average weight, and that's a better metric than scale weight which shows just a mote more. I had a bit of a spike up on Monday and Tuesday, but got back on track after that. Of course I also had a long, slow gain in March and April, and the TrendWeight website says my trend is back where it was on April 14 and declining at a reasonable rate.
