:flowerforyou: Good Morning!!! :flowerforyou:
I hope each of you are having a terrific Tuesday!!! Let's all have a fit and fabulous day full of healthy food choices, plenty of water, and lots of movement!!! :drinker:
Yesterday, I was over a bit on my calories and sodium, but that's okay...I did get in a good workout, went to the strength class and then did a mile....today, I have a training session, and I'll throw in some cardio as well...:drinker:
Have a great day everyone!!!

Hey Ashley! There's no one miracle...try changing up your workout - different things each day, also maybe have (example only) 1300 cals on day and 1600 the next...kinda messes with your metabolism. Also make sure you're getting calories from lean protein, fruits and veggies and drink your water!
Good morning everyone! Couldn't get to fitness center due to weather they were closed so I did the Biggest Loser Cardio - levels 1 2 and 3 - I was impressed by how much harder I could do it this time verses about a month ago before having been going to fitness center...but I really feel it today in my hips side and butt. Good sweat-no pain no gain.
Another weird day today - my son is sick taking him to doctor..not sure what I'll accomplish with exercise but I have my food mapped out and will be ok on calories with or without exercise.
Gotta go shower to take son to doc-later!!0 -
 Hello peoples  :smooched:
Sorry I've been MIA lately. Been really busy at work. :grumble: I did TERRIBLE over the weekend and I was sooooooooo exhausted yesterday that I didn't do my workout. But luckily I don't "show" a gain on the scale  :drinker: So must not have done as bad as I thought.:drinker: Back at it tonight and back to the workin out. I've been so tired lately I just can't get myself to do my workouts but I'm gonna make myself. Not sure why I've been so tired. :frown: :ohwell: No I'm not preggo
(anytime a woman says she's tired or sick someone always asks so thought I'd just clear that up right away   )Tom just left yesterday  Maybe that's it. Stupid Tom...he's a jerk
But ummmmm break's over time to get back to it. :drinker:
Anywho....Tonight I'm doing 55 minute TaeBo and walkin the dog 2 miles tonight.. And my meals are all planned. I still have 94 calories to spare just in case I want an apple or something
That is all.......WTG all on sticking to this :flowerforyou: :drinker:0 -

HI everyone!
So...life has been quite a rollercoaster lately. Between stress at work, family issues, emotional situations with friends, and my ToM, I've been sitting at the same weight (maybe fluctuating) - around 245 - for the past 3 weeks. I seem to be going way over on my Sodium lately...but soups and Weight Watchers meals are the easiest things for me to bring for lunch. (It also helps because I'm also counting points on WW system) :grumble: I'm basically just frustrated with myself. Yesterday I had every intention to go workout but a kiler headache put me in bed for the rest of the evening. BUT....today is a new day. Been drinking tons of water to try and balance out my over-dose of Sodium as of late. :ohwell: Let's see if I can get my butt in gear. I'd LOVE to be out of the 240s by the 17th...that's about 5lbs.
Thanks :flowerforyou: for all of your wonderful stories and ideas gang! Keep up the great work...i'm ready to get back to it! :bigsmile:0 -
I managed to get down to 145.8 (yesterday was 145.6) so I have four more pounds to go to reach my St. Patty day goal of 141.6. I can do it, I know I can. Good luck everyone. :flowerforyou:0

Welcome colie! :flowerforyou:
Opera - not to sound like a broken record, but you getting all your water in? :flowerforyou:0 -
Whoever said TOM just left....yeah thanks..he found his way to my house..!! Ugh, I have got major head pain going on because of my "visitor" and I'm feeling sluggish! I did however hide my scale this week because I've recently became obsessed with weighing myself so I put the scale away until Monday. I'm doing okay on my calories though, even though I want to munch, I've just told myself NO!! I'm drinking my water too and still working out even though I feel like crap.0

I'm going to have to get strict with myself. I've been lax the last few days- just constantly on the go and reaching for convenience rather than healthy. Need to pre-plan and get the exercise upped somewhat. On the plus side, I now have no 'bad' foods left in the house and am skint, so can't afford them, even if I wanted to! I'm going on a 'caffeine fast', see how long I survive without my vice :grumble:0

Great Job Guys!
Today I have done really well. Don't know if i'll get a work out in, but my calories are right on track. Have a great rest of your day. 0 -

Definitely! At least 8 glasses a day, if not more. :grumble: Who knows....I'm not weighing in again until Friday and we'll see how this week has gone. :drinker: Here's to a better week!0
