    June has really brought the HEAT this weak. Runs have been tough to get through and I didn’t make it through my pace run at pace but got through the mileage. We’re over 200 miles for the month!!

    Still have quite a bit of chicken to get through in my freezer but I’ve been trying a lot of stuff with tofu and plan on making up some tofu scramble today to try this week. Anybody use templates to get through the majority of their meals? When I picture my ideal day to day relationship with food it would be something akin to the plate method at home. (50% veggie, 25% grain 25% protein) I might skew the numbers a bit to aim for higher protein.

    Success of the week: June continues to be a successful month at getting back closer to the middle or bottom of my maintenance range. My daily weight has bounced up and down up to four pounds this week, but the trend is still good. three and end has continued to moderate back towards my goal, and it's back to where it was April 7, about a week earlier than it was a week ago and two weeks earlier than two weeks ago. Looks like I am moderating about the same rate I was gaining. Interesting. I also had a very good visit to my physician. I hadn't seen him since I lost most of my weight, and my results showed marked improvements. I am making progress on the war against all the ants.

    Struggle of the week: Some stuff I don't want to write about.

    Struggles: None that are exercise, food, or scale related. Waiting for some lab test results... + a LOT of work stress. Both should be resolved soon-ish.

    Success/Struggles: So still losing weight, albeit slowly. Down another half pound average from last week. My calories were down about 140 less per day so that would explain the difference. Still trying to add snacks and calories. I’ve resorted to drinking beer at night now (not the lite stuff, full calorie versions!) but that’s only adding 150 calories. I’m definitely at the weight I want to be at but still trying to add calories in to keep from going down too much. Added in some more strength training this week too so we’ll see how that factors in.

    Success of the week: June ended on a good note. I've been slowly moderating back down to the place in my maintenance range I prefer, and the little bounce up this week doesn't even bother me. Ideally I can keep on the same pace and be quite pleased by the end of July. In fact, my weight trend on the TrendWeight website today is 0.1 pound less than it was on July 5, 2019, and exactly the same as my average weight for this week.

    Struggle of the week: Tiny struggle seeing the average weight bounce up, but it doesn't really bother me. I'm doing fine.
