    People have a tendency to constantly believe what they have is not the best and there is better waiting out there for them. They don't want to lose what they have till they find something better. Fear of being alone....fear of staying in the same situation if there is better out there. Grass only gets green and beautiful if you water and maintain it!!

    Damn straight! I spend a lot of money every year to make sure my lawn is immaculate while ensuring my neighbor's lawns look like a toxic waste dump.
