I'm 5'8" my height comes from my legs

    Thighs 21
    Calves 14.5

Because of genetics and growing up doing leg intensive sports I have always had very muscular, shapely legs

Ive never measured my thighs and calves but even at my thinnest I couldn't pull anything smaller than a ten over my thighs but the ten was too big at the waist. This was preskinny jeans craze so I fear it'll be worse now.

    I'm 40 yrs old
    Height: 5'5"
    Weight: 165 (down 35 lbs!)
    Calf: 16
    Thigh: 26

I carry most of my weight in my lower body however its slowly coming off! I've always had strong thick legs and I dont mind! ❤ I'm interested to see my measurements when I'm around 135!

    5'6"
    128 lbs
    Bust: 34.5"
    Waist: 26.25"
    Hips: 35.5"
    Thighs: 20"
    Calves: 13"

I realized my measurements were older than I thought and the measurements for my calves were just wrong. 😅 Bust stayed the same.

    Edit:
    Bust: 34.5"
    Waist: 26"
    Hips: 35"
    Thighs: 19.75"
    Calves: 13.5"

Thought it would be interesting to see how my measurements changed over the course of 1 year. Weight, about the same ~130 lbs, +/- 2 lbs. 5'6".

    Bust: 33"
    Waist: 25"
    Hips: 35"
    Thighs: 20"
    Calves: 13.5"

Not too much of a change except my upper body has seemed to get a bit smaller, while lower body has remained the same. The thing is, I do have a much different distribution of muscle and fat. I have substantially more muscle than before. Went down 1-2 jeans sizes over the year.

    Here. Average this in.

5'2" with scoliosis so pretending to be 5'4"
    254 pounds
    Thigh 30
    Calf 19
BF 40%+ Seriously, I don't know. I do float high in the water.

My doctor always pokes my ankles and calves looking for edema but not finding it. Yup, it's all me.

    Thigh: 20
    Calf: 14

I got calves, lol. Always have. Only just recently started being able to fit into regular-calf tall boots. Since I'm petite, the narrowest part of the boot hits higher at the wider part of the leg, so it's extra hard to find boots. Regular stores don't often carry wide-calf boots in a size 6.

I have an update on my measurements

I am 5'3'' and my thighs are now 19.5 inches each! And my calves are12.8, almost 13. I am beyond proud of my accomplishments. I started at 21-22 inches thighs (looked a bit big on my frame)

What I did is cardio, circuit training, resistance training and HIIT, a lot of walking....

    I am 5'3'' and 106.5 pounds. I don't think I could get any smaller. I'm entering maintenance.

Feel free to add me :)

How much time it takes to reduce thigh size?

More numbers = more things to obsess about. I'd just try on boots and see when they fit comfortably. I know I'm late to this party, so I understand this seems like a silly comment. But, seriously, the inches don't matter and women already have enough standards to measure themselves by (and often, to feel like a failure when comparing themselves). Just my 2 cents.
