Going in the wrong direction. Unfortunately I have been on Prednisone for the last week and it has made me absolutely miserable. I can't sleep, I feel bloated .....yuck. Last week I wasn't so great with my steps either (only 55,000 for the week). I have had a bad cough and the Dr. thinks it could be inflammation from allergies. I hope this week is better.0
