    June 22: 133.6 lb (-10.6 lb) yay I got to 2 stars (I knew last week was water retention)! I am not sure i can lose a full 5 lbs in 5 more weeks... especially with probably doing a refeed week somewhere in there and going back to work from mat leave (lots of changes coming). But I am very happy with my progress so far. I even got into a pair of pants that didn't fit at the beginning of this. Also. I was 132.6 yesterday hahah. Just missed it.

    June 29: 111.2 @ 7am ... yesterday: 12k steps, 1190 cals, 5 cups of water, 44g protein, 188g carbs, 30g fat, 1813mg sodium ... 30% BF :) - I don't understand the gain from Sun (110.8) since I had 458 extra calories that I did not eat back. Tomorrow is another day.

    Total Loss for June: 2.2 lbs

    Overall Loss from Nov 2017 to June 2020: 36.2 lbs --- Over 35 lbs!!

    05/01 – 207.7 Good luck everyone!
    05/06 – 204.9 Traveling today, which is never good in the food OR exercise category. I will try to maintain some degree of self-control and dignity however, being from a very very small town, entering the city is mind-blowing and temptation is on every corner. I’ve got to stay cool.
    05/09 – 204.8 Making progress but traveling today which will be a set-back in both diet and exercise. I’ll work hard to mitigate any damage all week. It’s my birthday on Mother’s Day so I am going to give myself the present of progress!
    05/13 - 205.1 Notsogood after travel this past week but I’m back and stronger than ever!
    05/20 - 204.3 Better, but still not up to my standards. Working harder is in my future.
    05/27 - 205.0 Better than my starting weight but higher than my previous weigh-in so my plan is to turn this ship back around! I guess I may have indulged a bit too much for the US holiday weekend? No excuses, time to make more changes!
    05/31 – 206.8 A bad weight following travel. More travel expected on the 1st. Ugg. All days in-between I am staying as mindful as my will allows. Most days good.


    06/01 – 206.8 Good Luck in June Everyone!
    06/03 – 208.8 After Travel weigh-in. I’ll work to move this in the right direction again Likity-Split!
    06/10 – 211.0 More travel this past week and more poor choices. Turning this train around!
    06/17 – 208.4 Better, but I’m struggling with glucose drops that require carbs I don’t have within my plan. This is going to be harder than I even anticipated.

    06/30 – 207.9 I don’t know how I missed last week but I am still here. Treading water basically and up & down with the same pound. Such a tremendous lack of time is standing in the way of my food planning, food prep and consistent logging. I must try to do better.

    I've been slacking on both tracking my food AND exercise, so I'm not shocked about the lack of results this week. I started walking more to hit 11k steps/day but in doing that, I stopped other exercise, like spinning. I think I need to do both and stay on top of tracking my food. I'm hoping to lose 1-1.5 lbs each week this month to hit my challenge goal weight by the end of July. That might be a bit aggressive for me but I figure if I aim there and fall a little shy of target, that's okay. Progress is progress, right?
