    My July LNS rule - No consuming of calories between 8 PM & 6 AM, so water is fine. June: 66%, Best: 74%

    My goal is no snacking after 8pm. If that fails, my “hard line” is not exceeding my daily calorie limit because of it.

    Had a true “midnight snack” after picking up DH from the airport the other night. Got back on track last night. Tonight will mark the end of week one.

    Looks good but deceiving. I ate too much the whole July 4 WEEKEND, not just the day. But if I’d have snacked after 8, it would’ve been worse. Have been back on track the past couple of days. Phew!

    Had a late tennis match, so I had to eat after 9 pm. But, I lost a pound, so it was worth it.

    I am going to get in on this. My cut off for eating is 8 pm Sunday to Thursday. I give myself an extra hour on the weekends as my granddaughters are around and we usually have a treat around 8 to 8:30.
