    Challenge Starting Weight: 144.2 lb
    Challenge Level: level 3 (if only level 2 happens I will be happy still)
    Challenge Goal weight: 129.2 lb
    Ultimate goal weight 125 lb

    Format: Current weight (cumulative weight lost)
    May 4: 144.2 lb (0.0 lb)
    May 11: 139.8 (-4.4 lb)
    May 18: 139.2 (-5.0 lb)
    May 25: 137.0 (-7.2 lb)

    June 1: 136.6 lb (-7.6 lb)
    June 8: 135.6 lb (-8.6 lb)
    June 15: 135.6 lb (-8.6 lb)
    June 22: 133.6 lb (-10.6 lb)
    June 28: 131.0 lb (-13.2 lb)

    July 6: 133.8 lb I didn't log at all last week. I had my TOM and found out my employer was taking away 60% of my pension in September... so... after a very stressful week I decided to quit and take my money and run before they could do that. Back to logging today. Now that I'm not back to work July 20 (after my parental leave ends), I'm feeling a bit unmotivated since I dont have a deadline to fit back into my work clothes... but i will keep going anyway. I also dont want to feel like I'm cutting forever. But doubtful ill make the 15 lb mark this month. And thats OK. I'm still happy with my progress. What a week!! Ot will be interesting to be a stay at home parent the next 4 years.

    05/01 – 207.7 Good luck everyone!
    05/06 – 204.9 Traveling today, which is never good in the food OR exercise category. I will try to maintain some degree of self-control and dignity however, being from a very very small town, entering the city is mind-blowing and temptation is on every corner. I’ve got to stay cool.
    05/09 – 204.8 Making progress but traveling today which will be a set-back in both diet and exercise. I’ll work hard to mitigate any damage all week. It’s my birthday on Mother’s Day so I am going to give myself the present of progress!
    05/13 - 205.1 Notsogood after travel this past week but I’m back and stronger than ever!
    05/20 - 204.3 Better, but still not up to my standards. Working harder is in my future.
    05/27 - 205.0 Better than my starting weight but higher than my previous weigh-in so my plan is to turn this ship back around! I guess I may have indulged a bit too much for the US holiday weekend? No excuses, time to make more changes!
    05/31 – 206.8 A bad weight following travel. More travel expected on the 1st. Ugg. All days in-between I am staying as mindful as my will allows. Most days good.


    06/01 – 206.8 Good Luck in June Everyone!
    06/03 – 208.8 After Travel weigh-in. I’ll work to move this in the right direction again Likity-Split!
    06/10 – 211.0 More travel this past week and more poor choices. Turning this train around!
    06/17 – 208.4 Better, but I’m struggling with glucose drops that require carbs I don’t have within my plan. This is going to be harder than I even anticipated.

    06/30 – 207.9 I don’t know how I missed last week but I am still here. Treading water basically and up & down with the same pound. Such a tremendous lack of time is standing in the way of my food planning, food prep and consistent logging. I must try to do better.

    Making progress but I'm struggling with not quite feeling satisfied and more often than I'd like, I'm a bit hungry. I may need to adjust things this coming week. Any advice or tips?

    Not sure if this helps, just a personal anecdote. When I eat really low calorie, and then have a day of higher carbs, I think it reminds my body that I'm not starving, and will sometimes give me a little loss a few days later. Also, lots of water. :smile: In other news, your weight seems pretty low already, so you're probably just getting to a good place for you? When I get to 145 I will stop caring about the weight, and focus more on lifting and strengthening to re-define my shape. :lol:

    I totally lost my logging groove and didn't log for 2 weeks. I dont think I'm going to lose 5 lbs this week haha.

    I am surprised this week! I have not been consistent in logging what I eat as I'm trying to get a feel for it on my own. I'm happy I made progress and hope it's not a fluke! Planning to take the same approach next week and fingers crossed that I'll meet my challenge goal. Good luck everyone!
