You got this! We are all on this journey to wellness together! It really is as simple as logging your food after each/daily and making sure you are in a caloric deficit. You can do this!0

jajenkins that's what I need some push. I've been lazy ALL day and decided to walk before midnite. that was my self motivation saying "YOU can" but when I'm all alone I only have boredom and other moods hit me. I'm going to try the challenge and keep pushing πͺπͺπͺ0
