New to diet/weight loss

I'm new here, going balls to the walls, all the way crazy with the diet... got corona weight (bored at home and ate like there is no tomorrow), now I look at myself and feel disgusted.
I set the goal of 1200 cal per day but since i have no patience for a long term plan, I am even eating less than 800 cal/day in the past 3days.
Question for experts:
HOW DO I GO DOWN 4KG IN A MONTH (MOSTLY BELLY)?

You aren't being healthy only eating 800 calories a day. You can't spot reduce where you lose weight.2

You say you have no patience for a long term plan. But that's exactly what you should do: learn to be patient. Quick losses rarely lead to sustainable results, they often lead to yoyo-dieting and even greater weight gain. Slow and steady wins the race.3

@Lietchi But i have never been this weight in my whole life... so i think it won't be an issue to keep it as it used to be 3 or 4 months ago. The thing that ruined my body was snacking all day, everyday... I went from size (XS) to not fitting in size (S)πππππππππ0

If you only need to lose about 8 lbs. Healthy weight loss is .5 lbs a week, or less.1 -

That's normal weight fluctuations. Change in water weight. Most likely not a change in fat. Do you want to be healthy with your weight loss, or not?0 -

You use mfp and let that help calculate your calories. You set your weight loss goal at .5 lbs a week. You set your activity before any additional exercise. You log your exercise separately and eating back those calories. You don't focus on losing weight fast.2
