    I’m on week 6 of Piyo. I’m feeling amazing and can see changes. I’m also hiking, walking on the treadmill (a little to motivate my son) and doing things like push mowing the yard. My daughter is starting Barre Blend today. She tried Slim in 6, but she didn’t like the monotony and her knee started acting up.

    Started P90X3, great fun! Mon Total Synergistics and a 4 mile run, Tuesday Agility X and later on the gymnastics rings will come out to play 😀

    P90X3 Yoga done.

    Intense but obviously very different to the T25 intensity I'm used to, what are peoples thoughts on calorie intake doing P90X3, I'm trying to maintain and recomp.
