Glad I could see it in the start. I've gained over the last two months a lot due to overworking, zero sleep and zero will power. I'm finally back to a normal working schedule, have been able to sleep like normal and have my head in a normal state. Time to take control back. Keeping it simpler this time, even if I don't manage to lose those ten days I want to get back to being consistent with what I have to do. If I manage to drop a couple of kilos it would be even better, but at least want to get back to logging daily, weighing in daily and keeping track of calories.

I have another "outing" this evening (outdoor social-distancing visit) with my wife at my brother-in-law's home. I'm not sure what we're eating, but I'm going to go into it with portion control (and no more more than a drink or two) in mind.

I pretty much let it all go during the quarantine — exercise and diet. I was anxious, depressed, stressed out... Anyways, I'm slowly regaining control over my habits and I'm finally ready to set some health/nutrition goals.

70 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
We used to walk 5 miles a day. Recovered from back surgery then hip surgery!! Got back to walking then I sprained my ankle. UGH! hurts! I was down for 6 weeks with the ankle.
The Shelter in Place has everyone freaked. We need to remain calm and respectful of each other.
