    My eating is way out of control. A lot of bad choices. Not being able to exercise is really hurting me. Looking at some gain for weigh in tomorrow. Need to start making better choices.

    A loss is a loss! Seems like I’m starting to slow down on my weight loss. I lost 10 pounds in two months and now my weight isn’t really moving.

    @Jen_967 Probably some of that is water weight. Some foods can help you hold extra water too. Hang in there.
