@BackwoodsDarlin this looks so good! What is the name of the zero net carb bread you found?

It's made by L'Oven Fresh and is called L'Oven Fresh Zero Net Carb Bread... there is Wheat and also Multi Seed and you find it at Aldi

That's an image I found of the bread, but the calories on my loaves I have here read 40 calories per slice for Wheat and 45 calories per slice for Multi Seed

Sous vide pork tenderloin taken to medium at 58C and reverse seared on a screaming hot cast iron pan for 30 seconds per side. Onion gravy spiked with mustard. Sauteed pea shoots I've been growing on the balcony stretched with some frozen peas. Boiled new potatoes served with butter on the side.

Baked eggs...?? Who knew. Lol. 🧐

How long and what temp for those perfect looking eggs?

375 degrees, on a piece of foil folded to just hold the eggs, for about13-15 minutes.
