    A big thank you to all The Slimsons Team members. I do believe it is very helpful to be accountable. I hoped to drop below 190 lbs but will accept and appreciate my July weight loss. I will continue on for the August challenge. Also thank you for the organizers and the member who tracks for all of us.

    Cool summer morning. Haven't had many of those. Friend and I took our pups for a 6 mile hike. Beautiful.
