Beginner in Body Building looking for advice

Never done bodybuilding looking for advice. Coach has a goal of 200 lbs in about 30 weeks

    200lb for a female bodybuilder off season is
    Very high even as as assisted pro

    If you've already hired a coach, what kind of advice are you looking for?

    Even Iris Kyle (Ms Olympia) wasn’t over like 180 off season and not over like 167 on stage. I’m not sure where they got 200 from.

    Look into powerlifting or strongwoman if you wish to pack on large amounts of weight and build maximal strength.

    You won’t be gaining 20 to 30lb of muscle in 30 weeks.

    In 30 weeks you will build some muscle, but it takes years to put on many pounds of muscle, especially for genetically born women. We simply don't have the muscle fibers that men have to pack on serious weight in pure muscle. It can be done with performance enhancing drugs (which is what a lot of the body building community uses) or over many years.
