Hello, any advice as I log in cooked brown lentils and it doesn’t list fibre content but everything else? Thanks

If you’re tracking fibre then all you can do is look for another entry where whoever entered it bothered to fully enter the details, including the fibre. 🤷♀️
Or - possibly, because I never use the web version, and you can’t do this via the app - if you’re on the web version I believe you can edit an existing entry so you could add the correct fibre statistic from your packet so next time it’ll be what you need.1 -
Yes, find another entry or log your own entry0

Until you find or create an accurate entry for brown lentils that includes fiber, a rough rule of thumb for legumes is that the grams of fiber are about equal to the grams of protein.5
