My favorite source of nutrition information is the Harvard University School of Public Health. They have a site called "Nutrition Source" with lots of great information they keep up to date. They also have a nutrition newsletter that has articles about recent nutrition findings. https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/

Not a diet book per se, but it tackles the mental aspect of overeating using CBT.

The material is pretty basic but the hosts are fun to listen to.

I love the podcast We Only Look Thin! The hosts (a married couple who have each lost 100+ lbs) are funny and have realistic advice.

I enjoy the a Half Size Me podcast. It’s somewhat repetitive, but it a a good message and I like that a lot of the episodes are coaching calls where you get to listen into a particular persons journey and get advice for a specific challenge they mention.

    Heidi,

Is this similar to the Mediterranean diet?

I enjoyed the "Food we Need to Talk" podcast very much and was sad when the lockdown shut it down.

I go back and forth with my enjoyment of the "Half Size Me" podcast. Heather was very helpful to me at the beginning of the lockdown.

    Books I like:
In defence of food by Michael polson
Live to eat by Jeremy Sherman
The China study by Thomas Colins

    Websites I like:
Canada’s food guide — it was revamped with no food marketing boards at the table a couple of years ago
Legion athletics articles — I’ve never bought their supplements. I have bought their book thinner, leaner, stronger. I found the book is pretty much a differently organized version if all the articles.
    Health status . Com

    Workout videos:
Beachbody on demand — it is not free, but not expensive. I started with buying the dvds for Plyo and then Brazil butt lift. This year I got on demand for a year for $120. I’ve done 21 day fix, 21 day fix real time and 21 day fix extreme real time. They also have free sample workouts.
    Tapp brothers.

You have to remember that you can read different articles and they all tell you something different. In the end, you have to make the right choice for you.
