Returning after a prolonged prep, the comp i've been waiting for since March of this year finally took place.....and excited to say i took Class A 1st place💪 it was DEFINITELY worth the wait, i hope all has been well with everyone!5x2d8hyar8wx.jpg

    I've only ever posted videos that appear somewhere on the internet like YouTube, using the URL. I am NOT your best source for tech advice, lol.

    How many people in your class and what weight division? Congrats! I saw the pics and IF I'm being objective, I would focus on doing more leg work. Upper body looks good.

    Sorry, no help from embedding a video; I still use a flip phone to call and text with. That's how much of a dinosaur I am. :blush:
