    Not happy at all. Very frustrated but trying to keep a positive attitude that’s it’s just some water retention and will go back down. Going to drink a ton of water and really watch my sodium today. Hopefully I’ll see a better number on the scale tomorrow.

    Struggling to get back on track after vacation. The sweets are what is doing me in and I am having a hard time getting back to exercising and getting my water in.

    Today's short term goal is meet my water goal. I may have to baby step my way back to my routine.
