Sugar Cravings

Hey all! I hope everyone is staying healthy and happy! My main issue right now is my strong craving for sugar. I exercise regularly (6 days a week), but my craving for candy rarely ceases. The main culprit is gummy bears for me and fruit snacks. I've tried going cold turkey and lasted a few days. Any tips would be wonderful!

    There are certain foods I just don’t buy anymore because I cannot stop eating them. M&M’s with peanuts, I'm looking at you. :D

    I also really love gummies and fruit snacks. I find the Smart Sweets gummy candies to be a really great low-sugar alternative. I also find snacking on a big bowl of frozen berries works really well when I'm craving gummies. Also, in general, eating a lot of sugar makes me crave more sugar, as does eating calorie-free sweeteners. If you're someone who snacks on sweets at night while watching TV/movies, and it's not related to being hungry, coloring or knitting instead can help keep your hands busy.
