Hi friends, I initially gained over 50 pounds after yoyo dieting and trying everything under the sun, I have lost 33 pounds so far with IIFYM, I still have a ways to go for my personal goals. I'm building lean muscle along with doing cardio, I want to compete in a bikini competition in the future, feel free to add, I love to support my friends on their journeys. Happy to have new friends! I log in daily. At the recommendation of my doctor I have been working on losing weight since March 2019. So far I've lost 34 pounds, over half way to my goal.

Hi All, I am new to MFP joined 3 days ago. During lock down my weight went to the highest I have ever been 18st 4lbs,
so i decided to do something it about it. I started with light exercises using my yoga ball and watching what i eat. my weight was still up and down. So got ended my toxic relationship. i was then able to focus. my weight started going down. when i stated on here i was down to 17 stone 10. I started logging my meals and increasing my exercises. Today i will weigh myself. i would love to have some friends on here.1 -
