Hello, I’m back after a few years at not taking care of myself. At 59 years of age I seriously need to get more healthy and lose this weight for good. I’m more committed than before and really want to do this for me so that I can look and feel better! I want my energy back.

    Hi, I've lost about 30 pounds so far but have lots to go. Haven't lost anything in 2 weeks but just started my low carb and charting food again.

    I'm back too. Was down 20 lbs and now back up 15... sooo motivated to get back to it!!! :) We got this.
