I did a Sydneys 30 minute hitt cardio no weights, and a 30 minute hasfit dumbell cardio. It was a good day for me 💪1

taking a rest day today minus maybe a short yoga video, have had a persistent feeling of soreness/fatigue that yesterday's low impact workout didn't solve so.. yoga with adriene it is!1

If you like Les Mills, check out Quest Club on YouTube. They have lots of Les Mills workouts. I've done a few body attack and a combat vs attack. Here's one of their combat classes

I did one of sydneys legs and abs workout.. It was tough but fun. I think my kiddos were surprised I could jump and click my heels together 😁1
