A back specific program? No. There are exercises written into my overall program that work my back. My favorite is pull-ups.

I incorporate all different rows, chin-ups, lat-pulldowns, face pulls.

^^ The oracles have spoken 🙏🏿

Welp, the only thing I could add at this point is a suggestion to use the Glute Ham Developer (GHD) thing that so many people walk past in the gym.

For back, you'd do extensions or reverse hyper extensions.

I'm also partial to working the opposite side too. Lower back development, imo, means I need to work my abs/core muscles as well. Balance 'n all that 🤷🏿‍♀️

I suggest you find a balanced program for the equipment you have access to and eat in a caloric deficit. Sprinkle in some patience.

Coincidentally, a PT I watch on YouTube just posted a DB-only back workout this morning. I thought of this thread immediately...

If you want to tone your back you will either need to increase the underlying muscle mass.

Or decrease your total body fat percentage in order to better show said muscle. You cannot tone or spot reduce.
