    I met my goal yesterday! I'm surprised it happened so early. My average weight loss this year at most has been 3 lb. per month. The weight has been coming off quickly while I have been aiming for certain macros every day (30% carbs, 40% fat, 30% protein) and keeping my calories under 1300. I'll keep going and see what I can accomplish by labor day.

    I have been fluctuating up and down this past week, not more than 131.8 lbs. Body probably holding onto water since I returned to my 4x a week strength routine and some runs.

    So happy to have reached my goal for this challenge but I am about to go away for a few days for my husband's birthday so my personal challenge now is to keep my weight below 159.9 by Labor Day.
