    Stressing
    Only going to get worse. My school district Is going full online learning for the first quarter. No face to face. All of this is so new. New program. New platform. Even new computers. MacBooks. I've never even seen a macbook until last week. School starts Monday. Yikes! I've been teaching 20 years. This is the first time I feel overwhelmed.

    Little stressed, had a meeting in which we were told that we would be having a staff continuing education on Sept 4 which is ten days before school starts. I had not anticipated this and had made plans with my siblings to visit my mom as this is her 90th birthday. We have scaled it back because of the virus. I could not sleep last night so I ate and then wrote a request to take the day as a personal day.

    Happy birthday to your Mom 90th is a huge milestone and kudos dor sticking to your plans, time is short and we should not take it for granted cause as this pandemic has shown us tomorrow is not guaranteed. I hope you mediate on things you can control and enjoy your time with Mom.

    Comments: So I wasn't going to go walking today because my breathing was irritated  this morning but  use my nebulizer and decided to workout 3 minutes of walking up and down the driveway. I surpass even the little goal I set for myself as I wound up walking 4 minutes and did 4 laps up and down the driveway. ❤ I'm very proud of my progress today.

    Comments so my new menu has left me hungry so I look up recipe for Almond flour cookies that I can eat with lunch and dinner. It was 3 ingredient recipe 1 cup almond flour (blanched) ½ tsp baking powder 3 tablespoon of your favorite sweetener, 2 tbsp of water and ½ tsp of salt (optional) this is a versatile recipe that you can add extra ingredients to spice it up
    I added 1tsp cinnamon, 1tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp vanilla extract,1 tsp ginger root, 3 scoops protein powder, ¼ cup of Hershey dark chocolate and 2 tbsp raisins.
