    Sept 5 - I am finding this really hard. I cannot get back to logging food and my weight is just going up. Not sure how to do this put i put get back on track.

    Sept 6 - 10.08 did the weigh in. Back on it, i hope
    Sept 7. 10.08. Good day yesterday with food. 2 hour walk. Already walked 1.1/2 hours this morning while youngest swam at 5am.
    Sept 8 - 10.08 hate the scales somedays.
    Sept 9 - 10.07 a track with food and walked 6km
    Sept 10 - 10.07 on track

    Goal weight this month: 204 (Staying below 205 has proven a challenge..)

    2 Sept 206.6 (Opening Day of hunting season pays off. It's a start.)
    3 Sept 207.4 (Apparently I'm not going to ease into my weight goal. Reset my daily goals back to 2lb per week.)

    Goal weight overall is very much lower! Need to be a healthy weight and feel good about myself again.
