Iβm BAAAAACK! Welcome to all newbies. When I first posted, I intended to do a couple of rounds and then be on my own but this group gets in your blood and brain (in a good way) and never goes away. I think itβs addictive! That said, my first post was in ROUND 6 and over 3 years and 120 rounds later, here I still am. Never give up! READ and learn. Your thinking may not agree with science. Donβt say something doesnβt work if you havenβt studied it and/or tried it. Itβs also great to see all of the returnees!
Thank you again to @GrandmaJackie for setting up this round. See yβall tomorrow!3 -

I'm giving this a shot. Why not? I really need the encouragement, motivation, community. I don't have the healthiest relationship with alcohol and food. I've been going back and forth with my weight. Back and forth between sober and drinking too much. I'm a week sober today and have been replacing the alcohol with way too much food. If I let this behavior go too far, it will lead to a big weight gain. I don't want to go there again.

JUST GIVE ME 10 DAYS ~|~ Round 126 (round 58 for me ) I'm in for another round β I need it! As always, thank you @GrandmaJackie such a champion particularly in these unprecedented & uns8ettled times, helping keep some stability in our lives, for setting up these challenges.
Female age 62 5' 4β - Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight β I'm working at it β it's a permanent way of life !

09/14 - 73.8 - Because of course it jumps up to what it was a week ago. This is why I'm glad I weigh every day, because it would look like I've not lost anything this last week, but I know that this is just a fluctuation up. And I know why too. Yesterday was a maintenance day. I knew it was going to be a maintenance day. I banked calories for it to be a maintenance day. It still feels wrong to allow my numbers go into the red. Ah well. Cider at lunch (first time I've drunk alcohol for ages, damn it was good), went out for lunch (nice burger and chips), lots of cheese for dinner and topped it off with a big chocolate cookie. CI was slightly above CO so not quite a true maintenance day, but considering my deficit for the week, I'm still pretty happy with it all and all. And I didn't eat all of my lunch because it was there. When I was full, I stopped nibbling at the chips and left them.

I have been dieiting and exercising for the last 20 years and have suffered from eating disorders from
letting it become too obsessive. I have kept 30lbs off for the last 5-6 years and during that time I have maintained within a 5lb weight range. I feel like everytime I get it down a little, I binge and loose all my progress but I do always get back on track. I have gerd and ibs along with Chiari, fibro and herniated disc. Need a support group to help me stay healthy and stop binging. I binged on Saturday night so I am a tad nervous to weigh myself today but I am going for the challenge. Thanks!!!

44, 6' trying to maintain at 150. Have to track here for accountability. More water, more low/0 calorie snacks when starving.
9/14 155.6 It's been a gradual up from my low of 150 in early June. Need to make getting back down to 150 more of a priority. I've been super active so that's not the problem. Tough 12 mile hike up to Mt Le Conte this weekend and riding quite a bit. It's adjusting to the smaller portions and getting comfortable with feeling hungry more.6 -

Good morning and happy Monday! I know I'm dragging this morning, and the sun getting up later and later isn't helping me any. It's going to be a beautiful week here in NYC, which just doesn't seem right, with all our sister coast is going through. I'll be taking a lot of long walks, and just holding on to the good stuff with both hands.

Starting weight for this round: 224lb
Goal weight for this round: 222 lb
Goal activity this week: Lift/Resistance train 2+ times, jog+ 3 times.
09/14 Weight: 223.2, fasting blood glucose: 102. I'm dropping weight a little faster than I intended, although I suppose with 50 lbs to lose, it shouldn't be that strange. I'm worried about muscle mass and metabolism, but I am tracking and I'm not starving myself. I'm trying.
