Is anyone else having notification issues (Charge 4)?

Hi all,

I bought my Charge 4 tracker some months ago and from the very beginning I'm having issues with the notifications. They are simply not working most of the time and I get an error message saying "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker."

I have tried the multiple fixes suggested by the FitBit support team like making sure DND mode is switched off, restarting the phone etc. but nothing works out. Sporadically, I get a call notification out of nowhere (without doing anything), but then it stops working again.

Anyone having the same issue? Any suggestions?

    Hmmm...I had to fiddle around 101 times to get my notification settings sorted. Hopefully by now you’ve got it settled!
