HELP!!! my Premium Subscription

... got attached to a wrong account - & now I can't access that account!! How do I get customer support in solving this issue!!!!!

    All I know: to cancel a premium sub you need to use the same device that you signed up with. So if you did it on an Iphone, you cancel thru subscriptions in your Apple account. If you signed up for the subscription on your phone, you can't cancel it thru the website.

    Easiest solution may be to go back to that device, cancel subscription. Then log in to the correct profile and re-sign up?
