I did the PopSugar fitness cardio dance workout first, then I followed it up with the 15 minute MadFit ab routine.
The dancing video was fun and I got my heart rate up, but there was a lot of teaching the choreography so a bunch of stopping. I still enjoyed it!
The abs workout was for beginners. I'm not really a beginner but I hardly ever work my abs so it was just easy enough for me.1 -

If you like good old fashioned weight lifting (I do cause it's so good for my bones at my age (56) ) this is a good one!
And this lady who does everything effortlessly while continually talking her girly cheerful chit chat...
but her workouts are so challenging and painful - in a good way!

I love Body Project and I have never seen this one - thanks!
This is what I did today. Short, easy, but it's what I had time for!

This one was tough for me! Lots of getting down into plank position - crawlers, mountain climbers.
Lots of squats and lunges. Way harder than what I've been doing. I'm pretty proud!2 -
Fast and fancy

Sydney's cardio workout from earlier or last week. I haven't been doing her workouts daily since lifting heavier twice per week.

Good for you!!! Lifting weights is so good for your bones! Although I don't know how old you are - if your in your 20's or 30's you probably are not too worried about your bones but 40's & 50's you start to think about your bones & osteoporosis.
Do you not like Sydney's weight workouts? She lifts pretty heavy in some of her workouts! What workout do you do with lifting heavy weights? My bones would like to know! lol

Here's an example of a lifting workout from this week:

She has some very tough workouts so her so-called "bunny slope" workouts are normal weight workouts - nothing "easy" about them, just normal weight lifting exercises about 20 reps each! I liked it!
This girl is super flexible! I'm nowhere near as flexible as she is! Maybe I need to do more yoga/stretching???
Can any of you ladies do this and touch your head to the floor? I don't even come close! lol

Happy Saturday
This wasn't today's morning session (I completed Total 4, which is only available to paid members of Team Body Project), but I incorporated this approximately 15-minute workout as a follow-up to a few of my morning sessions throughout this past week.

I added it to my "favorites" list after my first round of it -- I am so grateful for the coaches' (Daniel and Alexandra) energy and liveliness. I have fun with most of the Team Body Project workouts, but this one really goes above and beyond in demonstrating the joy of daily movement!!1
