I guess I don't understand the question. 16: 8 you are using an 8 hour eating window, and you track food to meet your calorie goal.
You can name meals and snacks, so I suppose you could put times on them.
If you are zig-zagging your calories (eating more calories one day and eating less the next) - then than answer depends on how low your calorie intake is. My Fitness Pal has calorie minimums. If you don't meet calorie minimums you can't hit complete for your daily diary....you just leave the day open. Either way, you should be averaging a reasonable number of calories.
This is a great stickie: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants/p12 -
You can set times or rename your meal as times if you want.
Go to FOOD > Settings and then rename your meals to (for instance) 8AM-12PM, 12PM-4PM, 4PM-8PM
Other than that, maybe you could elaborate a bit?2 -
This is a fitness site. If you want to track your periods of sleep or simply not eating meals you can put it in your personal notes.
Bedtime Check

I track my fasts on a separate app called Life.0
