Amazing how a few “bad” weeks end of the summer can derail your progress. That being said; hopefully I make a better dent this time around and develop some better habits! Good luck to all!

    well; as a Canadian - those are pretty standard! I think ketchup flavor is one of our odder ones!

    well; as a Canadian - those are pretty standard! I think ketchup flavor is one of our odder ones!

    Know what's odd....my cousin used to dip plain chips in ketchup. But yet ketchup is a weird flavour. Doesn't even taste like ketchup

    I dip bbq chips in vinegar! (I guess thats toeing the line of all dressed)... To each their own I guess!!
