Hiya! I'd love to join this challenge, I'm currently recovering from shoulder surgery and, after eating what seems like the whole of Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory looking to get back to a sensible weight! 🙂

31/11: 155lb

Does this all sound realistic?? I'm here for the long haul!

Nice to meet you. Yes sounds realistic. Good luck!
Good morning. So here I am , just starting my journey to better health.
Female, mid 40', pre-diabetic and have an auto immune disease.
Main goals: lowering Blood Sugar and Insulin
improving my auto immune symptoms - fatigue & inflammation
CW 214
GW 199 (for OCT - DEC)
Ultimate Goal 182 -end of March 2021
How: sticking to my Carnivore eating plan, my eating window & cal goal.
Work out 20 min for 5 days a week.Giving enough self care and work on my thoughts about myself.
Will only weigh 1 x per week.
I have a long way to go , but I won't give up.
I would like to join too. Less than 2 weeks into a two year plan to get fit!
Current weight: 101.3
Goal weight 31/10: 98.8
Goal weight 30/11: 96.6
Goal weight 31/12: 94.6
Hi @roz0810 , I'm joining as I will also need some extra motivation for the coming months. I was at my goal weight, starting maintenance but then Covid and a frozen shoulder got in the way, and I've gained a whopping 7kg. As I can't move as much as I'm used to, because of the injury and loads of other reasons (Covid, fall arriving early, you name it), I'll have to carefully watch my food intake.

I'm in too. I hurt my ankle in March and had to stop running causing me to gain back 20 of the 40 pounds I had lost. But thankfully my ankle is doing better now, while running daily is still not an option, I can walk again without pain.

I'm ready to get back to a healthy weight and a healthy mentality. The isolation of this pandemic is making me crazy. I've quit exercising and eat comfort foods, "candy coffee", drink too much wine. I'm thinking if I clean up my act, I can lose 15 pounds by my birthday, Jan 5. It's not my ideal weight, but it's realistic for me. Once a week on Wednesdays is good for me. Good luck everybody!
Hi there ~ I'm going to join this one. I could use the challenge as extra motivation to stick with it. I've not really set goal markers thus far so I'm unsure of how to go about it. I guess I'll hope for 2lb/week and see how it unfolds. So, 26 lbs or thereabout. That sounds pretty high!
I'm going to be calorie-counting.
Original SW - May 2019: 301.8
Oct 1 - 249.2 lbs
Dec 31st goal - 223.2 lbs
I look forward to hearing everyone's journeys and successes Godspeed!
I decided to take the challenge too.
As of October 1st I'm 162.8 lb
Let's be reasonable and try to lose 2 pounds a week, that would get me to:
154 lb by 10/29
146 lb by 11/26
136 by 12/31.
135 lb is my "dream" weight - last time was there before 1st child.
This should be an interesting challenge for me. I get most of my exercise outdoors and it's getting colder by the day. Plus I've got Thanksgiving at my parents next week. I hope I can stay motivated enough to keep losing weight at the rate I've been going.
On the plus side, when you work from home you don't have coworkers giving you Christmas sweets the entire month of December lol
