I'd love to join in I've been in and out of maintenance for around 8 years now. The latest bump in the road was when covid hit my state hard in March and my routine went out the window. I ended up gaining around 20lbs in just a few months, (darn stress baking did my in, ugh lol). In August I got back at it and have lost 10lbs since then, with another 10lbs to go before I'm comfortably back into my maintenance range.
My 'official' weigh-in day is Fridays.
Current: 141lbs
GoalWeight: 130lbs (maintenance range is 128lbs-132lbs)
I also just got a fitbit and I'm bumping up my daily walking big time! Going from less than 6,000 steps a day average, to wanting to hit at least 10,000 a day.
I am in for October, November, December. I realize I can't lose the weight I need to (35 lbs) but a good start on it would make a big difference for my lifestyle change
