    Joining a little late…
    Looking at my weight feels like groundhog day. I'm always between 79 and 77 kg since I started with this challeges january this year.
    My body has changed, IΒ΄m healthier, but the weight doesn't change. It's probably because IΒ΄m not being drastic on the changes.
    October is going to be my month.

    Running a half marathon this Sunday! My first race ever! 😬

    03 Oct: 129.6 surprising since I ate lots of carbs for the half. Less than 24 hours 😬😍
    04 Oct: 130.4 completed my first half marathon today! Time was 2:18 and I ran the entire thing, which was my goal! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ»
