Oct. 3 - 148
Oct. 5 - 146. Then, I broke my toe last night, so exercise involving walking is out for awhile. Time to dig out the weights that I haven't used in over a year.
Hi everyone! This is just the sort of thing I need!
I'm Christina, coming down for the second time from over 200lb. I've stalled/gone up a couple pounds since we've been in lockdown in our house for the last seven months, now it's time to get to my goal of 170 before the end of the year. Can I do it? Maybe!
Starting weight: 185.6
Day: Weight Comment
10/7: 185.6 Woof, time to get back on the train. I got a little out of control snacking while the baby ate last night. She likes to take her eating cues from me, but I should either not eat and then count that snacking as my lunch, or not eat while she's eating. Which is hard, but not impossible.
My food diary's open, feel free to friend me! Another challenge for myself for the next three months is to log accurately, and complete my food diary every day.
I ain't got nutten yet but I'll think up something cause I like this idea!
Please standby.
So I'm going to keep it simple. I'll aim for losing 10 pounds and 2.5 inches around the waistline.
For transparency, as of this AM I weigh 211.4 pounds and measure 47.5 inches around my big fat belly.
Think I’m picking the worst time of the year to try and lose weight, but hey, I do like a challenge.
i'm newly back to MFP. i have never really joined any of the community parts, but i would like to. I'm hoping connecting with other people will keep me coming back more regularly. i would like to log my food and excercize daily for 30 days and see where i am. so, now through November 7

10/8: 184.0 I knew yesterday's weight was water retention from a lot of pizza, but still nice to see immediate "results".

10/08 - 154 - Ate stew again last night. I think the salt content makes me retain water.
