    4) Enjoying my new book: Ken Follett’s, “The Evening and the Morning” - Read at least 1/2 per day
    5) Meditate 🧘‍♀️ at least 10 mins! Yes!

    I accomplished my 100th Peloton Ride today! Yea!

    Seriously, I think my younger self would be proud of the person I have become. I think my younger self would be proud of my journey and the self confidence I have gained along the way. I think my younger self would be proud that I stopped worrying about what others think and that I just do me. It’s very liberating and it truly comes with age.

    I hope everyone can love and embrace themselves. I am far from perfect but so what!? So is everyone else. Be comfortable in your own skin. You are truly unique and beautiful (or handsome).

    1) Walk a total of 2 miles or more for week Fail
    2) Decide on and order lights for my room Fail
    3) Move to level 2 for the pull ups on TG Got up to 50 but haven't moved up yet fail
    4) Write at least 2 chapters Fail
    5) Deep Clean the kitchen Fail
    6) Keep up the exercise and logging streak - did it
    7) Cook at least 2 real meals ( not from a box) fail
    8) Play at least 1 hour of video games ( weird goal I know) Did it
    9) Read 1 new book or reread 2 -Purchased new book but reread at least 4 books instead -Did it
    10) Decide on first come-back sewing project -Did it going to be my wallet/purse

    40% :(
    Ah well was just an off week overall

    I had stiff and painful knees most of the week but continued my exercise streak with light stuff.
    Hopefully, next week will be better

    Had to take my car for it's annual service this morning. Then they rang to say it needed a new battery and tried to charge me £150 for it. I told them "No way!!!" There is nothing wrong with it that a long run wouldn't fix!!! I gave them a piece of my mind. I checked in the battery shop and it only costs £70 - £80 for a new battery (fitted) if I actually need one (which I most certainly do not!!!)
