Week-ends are usually "inadvertent Intermittent Fasting" days for me .. harder to get enough calories in in a healthy way because I always stay in bed late, so have fewer meals across the day
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - long walk after supper
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Very (MFP would have been happier if I had eaten more)
