    A little late, but I need the motivation and accountability. Lost 60, but gained back 30 during this covid crisis. Blew my knee out recently, need to get down to 250 for knee replacement surgery. Will have to lose weight mainly on diet since exercising will be very limited to upper body workout.

    I am Dawn, 60, 5'2". I live in SE British Columbia Canada
    Joined MFP October 28.18 at 191 pounds - That anniversary is coming up this month

    Sunday October 04 - 143.5 - I hit 141.0 on my 60th birthday (September 20) so my short term goal is to get back to that weight over the next few weeks.
    Monday October 05 - 143.1 - I am happy to see it coming back down.
    Tuesday October 06 - 142.1 -
    Wednesday October 07 - 141.5 - Nice to be evening out. I would really like to see the 130s sometime this month, even just touch them a couple of times.
    Thursday October 08 - 139.6 - Yay! Even if I don't stay there, it is a new low for me.
    Friday October 09 - 141.3 - A more realistic number, but glad to have touched the 130s once, hope to touch it a few more times this month : - )
    Saturday October 10 - 142.3 - Too bad for the upward fluctuation before embarking on a 3 day Canadian Thanksgiving feed. I am not giving up stuffing, turkey, gravy, potatoes, brussels sprouts, yams, rutabaga, cranberry sauce. Yes, I am going to eat it all, all 3 days.
    Sunday October 11 - 142.6 - this might go up again before it comes down, my choice to eat turkey dinners
    Monday October 12 - 143.0 - One more Thanksgiving dinner tonight.
    Thursday October 15 - 143.6 - I froze portions of turkey, am having some more tonight. I should refrain from stuffing and gravy though if I can : - )
    Friday October 16 - 142.1 - I had stuffing and gravy with my turkey and veggies, but kept the portions smaller.

    Will weigh in on Mon & Sat:

    So I missed this week's Mon check in too!!

    Oct 12: W 213. Not sure why the scale has not moved, I will figure out why. Did my w/o, had a good 1st meal. Day went as planned.

    Oct 17: W 211. This week has been very up and down, including starting my cycle just 2 days ago. My lowest was 210 lbs and then water weight! Just have to be patient.Food wise it was a good week. Looking forward to progress this coming week and we are going to have 2 days of cooler weather! I love winter!!!

    I was on another monthly challenge for a couple of years, but it hasn't been updated since July, so I was looking for another. Thank you for creating this @cachoey
    I weigh daily, it keeps me accountable.

    Week 1
    10/1 -
    10/2 - 143.5
    10/3 - 143.5
    10/4 - 143.5 - I normally fluctuate like crazy, so this staying at the same weight for 3 days is new to me.
    10/5 - 143.1 - Good to see a slight drop. I was 141.0 in September, so trying to get back to that...and beyond.
    10/6 - 142.1 - Getting back down to September's weight, working on it!
    10/7 - 141.5 - I don't really want to count this first week as a weight loss, since I am still up (slightly) from September. Gaining weight and then losing that same weight is not weight loss to me. Onward : - )
    Week 2
    10/8 - 139.6 - New low for me, yay!
    10/9 - 141.3 - I am fine with this number. I hope to touch the 130s again this month : - )
    10/10 - 142.3 - I had hoped for a lower number as I go into 3 days of a feeding frenzy of Canadian Thanksgiving. I am particularly fond of gravy and stuffing. I will still be working out.
    10/11 - 142.6 - No big gain yet from seasonal foods
    10/12 - 143.0 - One more thanksgiving meal tonight

    10/15 - 143.6 - Time to get serious and bring this number down.
    10/16 - 142.1 - I actually went back to bed this morning and weighed 141.2 when I woke up, but I will stay with the former number because it was at a time when I normally get up.

    Good morning! First weekly weigh in today! It was a huge....failure! 🙃 I ended up gaining weight, but I got back into tracking more regularly, so I’ll count that as a partial win. I let too many excuses get in my way this first week. Time to get serious this next week and think about why I want and need to do this.

    Start Date (round 4): October 14, 2020: 142.6
    Goal Weight: December 31, 2020: 135
